Refund and Returns Policy

Because we are a small business, we are unable to offer returns or refunds. However, we are happy to offer exchanges on regular-priced items.

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us first so we can help guide you through the process.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and have the original tags attached.

Once we receive the item, we will send a replacement item of equal or lesser value. Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that sale items, bulk orders, and group orders are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, as well as the shipping cost for the replacement item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, delivery times for exchanged items may vary. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
